Willing to abide by Mandan Rodeo Days Committee rules and conduct yourself as a role model

Completed application printed and signed (parent/guardian signature required for applicants under 18)
Entry fee of $50.00 (check or money order made out to Mandan Rodeo Days)
Copy of birth certificate or driver's license to verify age and ND residency
Colored head-and-shoulders photo as a high-resolution JPEG (300 dpi); see specifications below

If selected Miss Rodeo Mandan, I promise to abide by the rules set forth by the Miss Rodeo Mandan Committee, making appearances as deemed necessary to promote the Mandan Rodeo, the community of Mandan and the sport of rodeo. I am between the age of 17 and 25 as of Dec. 31, 2025, to assure eligibility for the Miss Rodeo North Dakota Pageant in 2026. I understand that I will have the opportunity to run for the title of Miss Rodeo North Dakota but am not obligated to. I live in North Dakota and have knowledge of horses and horsemanship skills. I acknowledge that if selected Miss Rodeo Mandan, I will be a role model and will conduct myself as such. Further, as a contestant for Miss Rodeo Mandan, I agree to conduct myself in a professional manner and abide by rules and requirements as set by the Mandan Rodeo Pageant Coordinator and the Mandan Rodeo Days Committee.
