I am a resident of the state and between the ages of 13 to 16 as of Dec. 31, 2023. I acknowledge that as Jr. Miss Rodeo Mandan, I will be a role model and will conduct myself as such. By signing below, I verify that I have never been married, am not now nor have I ever been pregnant, or have children and am a resident of North Dakota. Further, as a contestant for Jr. Miss Rodeo Mandan, I agree to conduct myself in a professional manner and abide by rules and requirements as set by the the committee – alcohol and tobacco use are forbidden during competition dates.
