Tickets for the 145th Mandan Rodeo Days presented by Dakota Community Bank & Trust go on sale starting Wednesday, May 1st. 

Pre-sold tickets will be available to past ticket buyers will go on sale starting April 17th. Dates are subject to change.

Mandan Rodeo Days accepts all major credit cards and cash.

Mandan Rodeo Days does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any non-authorized third-party (such as brokers or individuals). We require you purchase tickets directly through the Mandan Rodeo Days Ticket Office to ensure authenticity. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, or voided tickets, guests should make their purchases through the Mandan Rodeo Ticket Office.

Mandan Rodeo Days will not be responsible for validating tickets not purchased through authorized ticket-sellers.

Photocopies will not be accepted. 

There will be no refunds on any ticket purchased for Mandan Rodeo Days events.

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Seating maps are representative of the venue’s layout; however, they are subject to change at any time and refunds are not allowed if the map is updated or if additional seats/rows are added or seats change as a result of a venue change after purchase.

Ticket buyers agree not to attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the website. Should you do so, your tickets are subject to immediate cancellation, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit future purchases from all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated on line account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the website.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Appropriately documented guide dogs and animals are welcome.

 

Tickets are available for purchase for a person requiring accessible seating. To purchase an accessible seat, you must call the Mandan Rodeo ticket office (701) 877-4386. Accessible seats are reserved for guests with disabilities who have accessible needs and their companions. Due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee accessible seating will be available for all performances. The re-sale or transfer of accessible seating is prohibited. Misuse of these tickets may result in relocation or the voiding of tickets without refund.

Wheelchair seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let your ticket representative know the type of seating you need and they’ll be happy to help.

Accessible public restrooms will be located inside the facility. Baby changing stations are available inside the public restrooms at Dacotah Centennial Park.

Both grandstands feature accessible ramps located in the center. Handicap parking spots are located closest to the Dacotah Centennial Park entrance.

Masks are not required inside Dale Pahlke Arena. If you are unsure about attending the event due to your health, consult with your local health care provider.

If you are feeling unwell during the event, please find a member of the Mandan Rodeo Days committee to help you receive the necessary care. An ambulance is always on site during the event.

  1. Guests shall be respectful of others around them.
  2. Guests shall avoid blocking the view of other guests.
  3. Guests shall not interfere with the event at any time.
  4. Guests shall refrain from using foul/offensive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects and engaging in other behavior detrimental to the experience of other guests.
  5. Guests shall not stand on seats or any other building structure.
  6. Guests shall not block the aisles.
  7. Guests shall not occupy a seat or remain in an area for which they do not possess a valid ticket and shall provide their ticket upon request.
  8. As required by the City of Mandan and Mandan Parks & Recreation, guests shall not smoke anywhere in our facilities.
  9. Guests who consume alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner.
  10. Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate or offensive behavior to an Usher, Security Officer or Committee Member.
  11. Guests shall comply with requests from the Mandan Rodeo Days staff regarding operational and emergency procedures.

The Mandan Rodeo Days staff has been trained to intervene when deemed necessary and to use their best discretion to help ensure that guests who ignore the Code of Conduct do not interfere with other guests’ ability to enjoy an event. Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund and, to the extent their conduct constitutes a violation of law, may be subject to arrest. We thank you for your cooperation.

ONCE YOU'RE HERE

Mandan Park District prohibits tobacco products to be used within 20 feet from all MPD shelters, concession areas, buildings, grandstands/bleachers, playgrounds and controlled areas for events. Tobacco free parks policy aligns with Mandan Park District’s mission. The purpose of this policy is offer a healthy environment that promotes the health, well-being, and safety of the community, employees, and visitors. Sale and/or distribution of tobacco products on park district property is strictly prohibited.

Mandan Park District has iStrike lightning detection systems at the Baseball/Softball complex, Dacotah Centennial Park, Prairie West, Mandan Municipal and Raging Rivers. If lightning is within 10 miles of the location, a red light comes on the iStrike system. If lightning is within 8 miles of the location, the iStrike system sounds an alarm. All patrons seek shelter for a minimum of 30 minutes. When it is all clear, the iStrike system emits two short alerts and activity may resume at that time. If groups utilizing park district property do not follow Lightning Policy they assume all risk in their event.

“Will Call” refers to the Ticket Office located at the venue at which the event is being presented. As of 2024, the ticket office to be used for Mandan Rodeo Days will be located at Dacotah Centennial Park. You will be asked to present a valid photo ID and your confirmation number.

Men’s and Women’s restrooms may be found on both sides of the facility, behind the grandstands, in Dacotah Centennial Park, and more. 

Outside food and beverage is NOT PERMITTED at any time inside Dale Pahlke Arena and Dacotah Centennial Park.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase at a variety of vendors who accept both cash and card. An ATM is located inside the facility. A mobile ATM is often provided by Dakota Community Bank & Trust outside the venue, but is subject to change.

Mandan Rodeo Days and its Committee is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Any guest in need of assistance during an event should seek a Committee member or a staff member on site.

 

Dacotah Centennial Park has 20 campsite hookups available to rent. These campsites have water, sewer and electrical (50 amp. capacity) and are located to the South of the facility. These campsites are only $40 per day. An additional 10 campsite hookups with electrical are also available to rent for $30 per day.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Every performance typically last 2-3 hours long, but is subject to run longer based on the pace of the event.

The current arena has 3,512 seats. Additional seating and standing room access is located around the facility.

Mandan Parks & Recreation is continuing to explore additional seating capacity in the next phases of the arena’s development.

Dale Pahlke Arena at Dakota Community Bank & Trust Rodeo Grounds was built and completed in 2023.

Mandan Rodeo Days performances take place at Dale Pahlke Arena at Dakota Community Bank & Trust Rodeo Grounds, which is located at 2428 Longspur Trl SE, Mandan, ND 58554, right off Memorial Highway.

Children 3 years old and younger receive free admission to the event, but must be sitting on the lap of their guardian during the show.

Mandan Rodeo Days receives a large number of charity requests. To be considered, one must submit their request on company letterhead along with proof of 501(c)(3) status to:

Once your request is received, it will be reviewed in a timely manner to determine whether it fits within our contribution guidelines and budget. You will only be notified if we can grant your request.

Credential passes will be given on a first come, first serve basis and must be approved by the Mandan Rodeo Days Committee.

Dale Pahlke Arena gates open typically at 5 PM, or 2 and a half hours prior to the start of Grand Entry. This time is subject to change.
 
VIP ticket holders may receive early access granted with their ticket.
When fans purchase a ticket, they agree to allow Mandan Rodeo Days and the Mandan Parks & Recreation District to reproduce their likeness for promotional purposes. If a fan wishes to not have their photo used for promotional purposes, please email info@mandanrodeo.com.
While both grandstands are covered from above, the West Grandstand — closest to the roping chutes — receives shade due to the sunset.
If fans wish to exit the arena, under only special circumstances an usher will put a mark on the exiting fans’ hand. Only fans that have a mark or unscanned ticket will be able to re-enter the gates.

The Mandan Horse and Saddle Club will lease the Dale Pahlke Arena on the Dakota Community Bank & Trust Rodeo Grounds. As a family and youth oriented organization that promotes the development of horsemanship skills through participation and competition in riding activities, the club annually hosts a series of family rodeos at the arena as well as high school and junior high school rodeos. Activities typically attract 150 to 200 contestants and their families from a 200-mile radius. The arena is also available for sublease to other organizations for rodeo and equine events.

RESTRICTIONS, PROHIBITIONS, & SAFETY INFORMATION

We are committed to fostering an environment where athletes, guests, and employees feel safe and secure. Weapons are not permitted inside the facility.

No firearms (with or without a permit) are allowed at Dale Pahlke Arena. All persons, bags (including purses) and articles are subject to screening and search.

This list is subject to change at any time and without notice.
Venue Management reserves the right to deny any item it deems to be a safety hazard or distraction for guests.

You will be asked to return that item to a secure location off of venue property. We are not responsible for ensuring the safekeeping of any prohibited item.

Of course! Guests who require wheelchair seating should contact the Mandan Rodeo Days ticket team to ensure their best experience during the event.

Please understand, however, that strollers must be collapsible. You may not leave strollers in the walkways, gates, or concourses and our staff will not guard these items for you. Mandan Rodeo Days and the Mandan Parks & Recreation District is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged strollers.

Ticketholders and guests must abide by the instructions of Mandan Rodeo Days staff with regard to seeking autographs and approaching athletes.

Animals or pets are not permitted on the premises at Dale Pahlke Arena under normal circumstances, with the exception of service animals such as guide dogs. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.

The distribution of promotional items, flyers, handbills or printed materials on the Dacotah Centennial Park property including Dale Pahlke Arena, is not permitted without written permission of the Mandan Rodeo Days Committee. In addition, resale of any event tickets, unauthorized vending, peddling or product sampling is not allowed.

Mandan Rodeo Days personnel are available to assist any guest in need. If you need assistance please contact any Committee Member or staff who can assist with obtaining the proper care for your needs. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a member of our staff for assistance.
