The Mandan Rodeo could not be as successful or engaging without the support of vendors in the Bis-Man area and beyond!

Show your interest and start the sign up process to add your business’ presence to the 2026 Mandan Rodeo Days by completing the applications below. Click here for Food Trucks and here for Vendors!

Food Trucks:

Pricing for July 2-4, 2026:

$1,250 (includes electricity)

*A 20% fee will be applied to all submissions after May 1st*

Vendor Requirements:
  • Provide a copy of a valid mobile food license from North Dakota Department of Health – Division of Food and Lodging or a letter of reciprocity from the state of North Dakota 
  • Carry commercial general liability insurance. 
    • Coverage required is a minimum of $1,000,000 combined single limits per occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate. 
    • Proof is required of liability insurance listing the Mandan Rodeo Days as an “additional insured” party 
  • All vendors will need to be approved by the Health Inspector to sell.
  • Pay all fees 10 days after application is submitted

How will I know if my application is accepted? You will receive an email from our team letting you know that you were accepted. Included in that email will be your invoice and a copy of the contract.

Vendors:

Pricing for July 2-4, 2026:

10×10 space – $250 | 10×20 space – $500 | 10×30 space – $750

Vendor Requirements:
  • Provide your Sales Tax ID number 

  • Submit a Certificate of Insurance 

  • Pay all vendor fees 10 days after application is submitted

Do I need a Certificate of Insurance? Yes, we highly encourage you to have a certificate of insurance. If you want to forego holding a certificate of insurance you must contact Mandan Rodeo Days directly and explain your reasoning.
